Our Story
NxtGen Activities was founded by footballer legend Scott Ladley, whose passion for nurturing young talent made his football camps a beloved community cornerstone. Known for his warmth, energy, and unwavering dedication, Scott became a hero to the kids, inspiring and uplifting everyone he met. After Scott passed away from cancer, his legacy continues through his devoted wife, Martina, and their three children, Conor (7), Darcy (5), and Harper (3). They work to uphold Scott’s dream, ensuring the joy and spirit of Nxt Gen Activities thrives, inspiring future generations and providing stability for their family while honoring his vision.
